Invasion at Dawn
We get up extra early in the Summer to catch the sunrise, but on this morning a monsoon storm greeted us with heavy cloud cover and rain. The cholla cactus seemed like an army marching across the desert ready to launch their nasty little barbs to anyone who got too close. Thankfully I was cautious enough not to suffer their consequences.
